The newspaper New York Times of the United States has named Viet Nam one of the 20 places to travel for young people in their twenties.

In the list compiled by writer Dan Saltzstein, Viet Nam was placed in the 10th position.

The writer wrote that Viet Nam is worth a visit for its rich cuisine, culture and natural beauty, while being light on the wallet.

In Viet Nam, he recommended visiting the seaside town of Hoi An, the ancient imperial city of Hue, and a boat trip through Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Heritage site.

Besides Viet Nam, Cuba is also included on the list at the fourth position.
