“No cure no pay”, which means that there is no fee to be paid till you have successfully hired a candidate and our work is guaranteed through our Free Replacement Guarantee.

Our fee:

• We offer a very competitive fee structure and while we sometimes get asked for discounts, we never negotiate our fee as we feel it is a fair price to pay for the service we provide.
• Invoice will be sent on first day of employment and the fees are payable within 14 days.
• If a potential candidate is hired by the client within a period of 2 years from the date of initial referral to client, the client will be charged the placement fee.

Our guarantee:

• If the client or candidate terminates the employment within 3 months from effective date of hiring, we will replace the candidate free of charge.
• If client decides not to have the candidate replaced, Global Expat will refund 50% of the placement fee.
