We will maintain close contact with you and your candidate(s) at all stages of the selection process – feeding back to you with candidate comments, reactions, thoughts, positives and negatives.

You’ll also find our post appointment follow up equally as attentive – as we will maintain contact with you and your newly appointed person for 90 days. We are able to help with any concerns or problems during this settling in period.
All profiles presented to you will follow a standard format. We will present you with the latest updated CV as we have received it from our candidates, we do not change/hide or omit information. The presentation will be accompanied by our personal assessment sheet telling you why it would be of benefit for you to see the candidate and explaining any career points that may require clarification.
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not hide contact details of our candidates when presenting them to you. Yes, we work based on mutual trust and will trust you as long as we have no reason not to do so.
