Tribute Portfolio, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio of over 30 hotel brands, has opened the Metropole Bangkok, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel this month, in the trendy Thonglor district of Bangkok.

The opening also marks the debut of the family of independent boutique hotels in Thailand.

Marrying the design elements of colonial architecture with 1920s Shanghai, guests can expect to see interiors featuring dragons and guardian lions to delicate floral motifs.

Metropole Bangkok features 116 rooms including 113 studios, two studio executive suites and a one-bedroom Suite. Amenities include onsite parking, a 24-hour fitness centre, outdoor pool and sauna.

The hotel is a few minutes away from Rama 9 mall, and a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport or easily accessible via the Airport Rail Link.

Guests who are in town for medical care can also utilise the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to Bangkok Hospital and Samitivej Hospital.
