Accor has partnered with Crowne Estate Malaysia to bring the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts brand to Malaysia for the first time.

The Swissôtel Genting Highlands is set to open in Q3 2028 and will be part of King’s Park in Genting Highlands, a development by Highlands ParkCity in partnership with Yuk Tung Group and Crowne Estate Malaysia.

The hotel will offer 300 rooms, contemporary conference facilities, a spectacular grand ballroom, all-day dining options, executive lounges, and bars, making it an ideal location for guests to create memorable experiences. Facilities will include a heated swimming pool, sundeck, fitness center, spa, scenic jogging tracks, and a kids’ club.

Visitors will also have access to a neighbouring cable car service, Awana golf course, high-end Genting Premium Outlet, amusement parks, shops, restaurants, and attractions located in King’s Park by Highlands ParkCity.

The Swissôtel Genting Highlands says it will prioritise water conservation and use renewable energy sources, making it an eco-friendly resort.

The 30-storey building will provide views of the mountains and the Genting Highlands summit, located just a 15-minute drive away.
