Sulawesi Earthquake and Tsunami – 6 Toilets installed!


Dear Clients, Candidates, Vendors, Friends, Family, Resorts and others,

As per the latest reports, the recent very powerful 7.5 magnitude earthquake and the triggered tsunami in Sulawesi has resulted in at least 2,081 deaths and displaced more than 205,000 individuals.

Affected households continue to require relief commodities and protection, shelter, and water; health, sanitation, and hygiene support.

With the funds still received after the ship left with collected and purchased donations from Bali to Sulawesi, we decided on the installation of much needed sanitary facilities.

Logistics were a challenge, but with the help of United Bikers Indonesia and Supporters, works are now completed on the installation of a total of 6 toilets in 3 different camps of badly hit villages.

The final total in cash donated is 144,146,010 IDR (9,926 USD at current exchange rate).
