Its eponymous celebrity chef Chris Salans will helm Group’s Seminyak-based Spice by Chris Salans. Located in the fashionable beach community of Seminyak on Bali’s southwest coast,Spice by Chris Salans is a stylish gastro-bar serving innovative drinks and a cuisine based on the tantalizing flavors and healing properties provided by Indonesia’s aromatic roots, herbs, and spices. The new restaurant is pitched as an affordable way to experience the genius of Chris Salans’s cuisine made famous by his flagship fine-dining Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud, central Bali.
In a culinary approach that propelled Chef Salans to celebrity-status in Southeast Asia and beyond, the first Spice by Chris Salans was opened in Ubud, quickly followed by another operation of the same brand in Sanur.
Chris Salans and his team feel the new 3rd outlet in Seminyak is a natural for their sophisticated but highly affordable Spice brand.
