On 1st January 2018, Nirwana Gardens announced the acquisition of Grand Lagoi Village which has been rebranded to Grand Lagoi Hotel by Nirwana Gardens. The contemporary 132-room property is located at the newly developed Lagoi Bay in Bintan Island, Indonesia. It is the latest addition in a series of hotels and villas being undertaken by Nirwana Gardens that has been serving up a heady concoction of 5 holiday experiences on Bintan island.
The transaction combines the hotel lifestyle brand with Nirwana Garden’s native footprint, creating a more comprehensive portfolio. Grand Lagoi Hotel emphasises quality throughout its services while remaining dedicated to delivering competitive prices for business and leisure travellers alike. This strategic acquisition and the new changes will offer a broader choice for guests and greater opportunities for associates.

Grand Lagoi Hotel will continue to operate as it undergoes substantial refurbishment in phases. The S$3 million rebranding project is expected to complete by mid-2018.
