The joint Hyatt Centric and Hyatt House Hotels are due to open in 2020 in separate towers of a two-tower development. The property will be the first Hyatt House hotel to open in Japan. The Hyatt House hotel will consist of 90 apartment style suites containing a kitchen, dining table, sofa, and washing machine and other amenities for long term guests, including a restaurant, gym and business centre. The Hyatt Centric Hotel – the second in Japan – will have 250 rooms, restaurant, rooftop bar and meeting facilities.
The property will be positioned a short distance from one of the main stops on a new ‘bullet train’ line, providing easy access to some of the country’s most prestigious landmarks.
