The State-owned Company Wika Realty continues to make new investments in Bali. After opening the Golden Tulip Jineng Resorton Jalan Sunset in Kuta and theWyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort in Klungkung, Wika is now developing theVilla Tamansari Gangga Condotel on Gangga Beach in Tabanan, West Bali.

RadarBali.com reports that the condotel project has been capitalized at Rp. 530 billion, with Wika Realty touting the Yeh Gangga Beach area as the “the next Kuta.”

Villa Tamansari Gangga Condotel is being built on a 1.4-hectare site and, when completed, will offer 97 hotel rooms and 38 villas.

The commercial director of PT Wika Realty, Widyo Praseno, was on hand to lay the cornerstone for the new project that is targeted to become operational by 2019.

The new condotel will be operated as a four-star property with facilities that will include a sky pool, lounge, spa, gym, yoga space, family zone, surf club and meeting rooms.

Muhammad Isran, manager of Tamansari Gangga Realty explained that the Yeh Gangga Beach area was selected because South Bali is becoming overbuilt, with Tabanan the next logical area for development.
