Fusion has opened a new hotel in Vietnam’s former imperial capital, adding to the growing pipeline of upscale properties in Hue.
Grand Royal Riverside Hue – Fusion Collection opened its doors on the southern bank of the Huong River, next to the city’s landmark Truong Tien Bridge.
The property comprises two towers with 161 guestrooms, designed around the Huong River as a central motif. Interiors draw on Indochine influences, combining natural materials and muted tones with contemporary finishes, reflecting the city’s layered architectural identity.
For business events, the hotel includes spaces with capacity for up to 370 guests, supported by a mix of flexible venues, lounges and co-working areas.
Facilities also include an all-day dining restaurant serving Vietnamese staples such as _bun bo Hu_e alongside international options, as well as a lobby lounge that transitions into an evening bar.
Wellness remains a core component of Fusion’s offering, with an on-site spa featuring treatment rooms, steam facilities and a fitness centre.
Founded in 1980, the Vietnamese hospitality group today operates properties in Danang, Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc and now Hue.
