On 14/12 We will be Visiting 2 Orphanages in Negara Region

Dear Clients, Candidates, Family and Friends,

Following our successful visit last year to Yasa Kerti Orphanage in Karangasem regency, On Saturday December 14th we will be visiting 2 orphanages in Negara region.

A short note about the 2 Orphanages:

Priyahita Disability Orphanage was founded in 1987. There are currently 25 children living in the orphanage, 12 girls & 13 boys, all are from Bali. They have varying types and levels of disabilities: Type B (Mute, Deaf, Blind), Type C (Disability in IQ), Type D (Disability in Body). The children are going to a purposely built on-site school.

Sanatana Dharma Orphanage was inaugurated in 1994. There are currently 36 children living in the orphanage, their origin is from Tabanan, Nusa Penida, Sumbawa and Java. Some are going to elementary school, junior high school and senior high school.

The main need for the Orphanages is cash money for daily necessities such as food, education, medication, water, electricity, telephone. However, any sort of donations are always welcome (food, used clothing, school equipment, treats and toys for the children, etc). Nothing is wasted. If there is no immediate use for something, it is traded, sold, exchanged or bartered for something that is needed, or altered to fit a need.

Both Orphanages are located in Negara region, approximately 3 to 5 hours drive from city of Denpasar (depending on traffic).

Would you like to contribute, then please drop your donation at our office on Jalan Dewi Sri, Blok C, No 3 in Kuta (next to Surfer Girl Factory Outlet). You can visit our office between 9:00am and 6:00pm (Monday till Friday) or Saturday (9:00am – 1:00pm) and all donations should be received by latest Friday December 13th at 2:00 pm.

If you would like to join us to the orphanages on Saturday December 14th (we will leave from our office at approximately 8am), then please let us know in advance so we can make sure there is adequate transport available.

Let’s all together make this a success and give those less fortunate children a Christmas and New Year to remember!

We would like to sincerely thank you for your help and generosity, may God Bless you!
